New Hope Ministry and its partners provide a supportive environment to the widows during the early stages of their loss and encouragement to face the years ahead with their children. This is achieved through:

* Weekly gathering of widows in the church building. This women only meeting often includes singing, dancing and praying

* Education on bible based principles and its application to their daily lives and situation

* Sharing experiences with other widows and building trust

* Mentoring of younger women through their journey provided by the older women.
